Options & Accessories
Make your umbrellas as unique as the rest of your outdoor space. FiberBuilt encourages you to create a look using
multiple fabrics, functional elements and decorative adornments to enhance your umbrella’s canopy and improve
their performance.
CANOPY PATTERNS
This is our familiar way of showing how
you can customize your canopy using
two fabrics either as banding around
the bottom edge of the canopy or
individual vents, or by alternating the
fabric position by vent or by panel.
But this is only the beginning of your
opportunity to create custom canopy
designs simply with fabric choices.

Canopy Fabrics
FiberBuilt offers a variety of valance options to add a decorative touch to your umbrellas. These valances come in different shapes and styles, allowing customers to personalize their umbrellas to match their aesthetic preferences. Some of the available options include:
Scalloped Valances – A classic wavy edge for a stylish and elegant look.
Dentil Molding Valances – Featuring square cutouts for a structured, geometric appeal.
Wave Valances – A smooth, flowing design for a softer, modern touch.
Fringe Valances – Adds a vintage or luxurious feel with fabric fringe detailing.
Custom Valances with Tassels – Enhances umbrellas with decorative tassels for a unique appearance.
Customers can also choose from single-layer and double-layer valances, as well as options with contrasting trim for an extra pop of design. These valances not only provide shade but also contribute to the overall visual appeal of any outdoor space, making FiberBuilt umbrellas a stylish and functional choice.

Fabrics used for umbrella canopies and outdoor cushions
need to hold up to the kinds of harsh conditions that
interior fabrics never experience – direct exposure to
intense sunlight, salt air, driving rain are all part of their day
to day existence.
Year after year they also need to
maintain their color fastness without stretching and
remain stain-, mold-, mildew-resistant. For the durability
our customers deserve, FiberBuilt uses only solution
dyed acrylics made by industry leading manufacturers,
including Sunbrella, Outdura, and Tempotest. Visit our
website for Tempotest fabrics.
Double Vent Canopy
Recommended for umbrellas that will be used
in locations prone to high or gusty winds such
as oceanside, lakeside, mountainside, upper
floors or rooftops of buildings.
The additional vent allows more dispersal of the wind energy. Double Vent Canopies are available on most Prestige Collection umbrellas. Canopies can either be made in all marine or furniture grade solution dyed arcylic or with the middle vent made of an open weave mesh that allows even more wind to sail through the canopy. Mesh is available in White, Pacific Blue and Forest Green.

For umbrellas used in high or gusty wind
locations, our extra large vent is designed for
superior wind resistance.
This canopy option is available on Lucaya, Riva,
Oceana, Bridgewater, Augusta,
Diamante, and Bambusa models.
All standard options regarding canopy
designs and patterns apply to these canopies.
Standard tops are made of marine or
furniture grade solution dyed acrylic or COM.
